Will my queries be resolved?

Yes. If your query pertains to career direction, job search, or any challenge you are facing in professional life, then I will work with you to help you find a solution that you can implement.

What about confidentiality?

What happens in our sessions stays in our sessions. I fully understand the value of your trust, and I take every precaution to safeguard it.

Can you help me find a job?

If you mean will I act as a recruiter/headhunter on your behalf. No, absolutely not. If you mean “Can you help me market myself, so I can be successful in my job search?” Yes! I will help you avoid the pitfalls that many job seekers fall into, and I will help you figure out what will work best for you, given your unique situation. We might even break a few job search rules too.

My child needs help. Can you coach them?

If your child is younger than 18 years then I would speak to you and understand the requirements. We can then decide if I need to speak to your child. Normally, talking to the parents is enough. And if your child is an adult, then you may book a session for them.

Will I need one more session? Will I get my answers in one session?

Usually, people are able to get what they are seeking, in one session. It may require more than one session if you are seeking many things. CV making takes 2 sessions.

Do you help in switching domains?

Yes. I will help you understand what your strengths are and how you can use them to switch your domain or industry.

Will you help me identify courses?

I help with frameworks to identify courses that you may want to do to develop your professional skills. I do not recommend courses.

Can you recommend me to some companies?

No. Recommending someone needs me to know them well enough professionally. Unless I can vouch for people, I do not recommend them.

Can you help me build my LinkedIn profile?

Yes, I will help you improve your linkedin profile. I also help people get the most out of linkedin.

What if I have a question after the session?

If you have a question that pops up after the session, you may WhatsApp it to me. If it can be answered on WhatsApp, I will respond there. If the response requires a short call, I will tell you over the phone. Only if it requires a longer engagement, you will need to book another session.

Will you help me make an ATS friendly resume?

The short answer is No. The long answer is, people hire people. I help you prepare to deal with people. Because once you learn that, you do not have to depend on ATS.

Can I see a sample CV?

No. Each person is unique and their professional journeys are different from others. Seeing other's CV helps when you want to copy it. I help you make a CV as unique as you are.

Do you share templates of CV?

I do not use templates for CVs. There are enough and more templates available out there on Google. I make CVs that influence recruiters to meet you.

I am in the XYZ industry, can you help me? Because you have not worked in the industry.

I have worked with people across different industries over the years. My skills are not about industry, I focus on you. And help you find a solution. In a way, my job is industry agnostic.

Can I reschedule the session?

Yes. The session can be rescheduled due to extenuating circumstances. This is done by communicating over WhatsApp. The website does not have a reschedule feature yet.

What is the refund policy?

Unfortunately, I can’t offer you a refund or exchange on any of my services. However, I will review requests on a case-to-case basis. Request you to reach out to me vide email available on the Contact Us page of this website to create a request.
